ERP / Systems Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 52,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for previous experience supporting or implementing ERP systems.
• We require strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision or similar ERP platforms.
• We value experience with business process analysis and system optimisation.
• We require knowledge of data migration and systems integration.
• We need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• We look for a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• We require experience delivering user support and training.
• We require a full UK driving licence.
• Desirable: manufacturing or multi-site business experience.
• Desirable: understanding of SQL or database reporting.
• Desirable: exposure to IT infrastructure or networking concepts.
• Desirable: previous project coordination or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• We will support the ongoing optimisation and development of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision.
• We will analyse operational and commercial business processes to identify system improvements.
• We will coordinate ERP integrations, data migration activities, and reporting enhancements.
• We will work with external IT and ERP partners to implement system changes and customisations.
• We will provide first-line ERP support to users across multiple sites.
• We will deliver ERP training and create user documentation for internal teams.
• We will assist with continuous improvement initiatives across finance, operations, and commercial departments.
• We will support ERP audits, system reviews, and best practice improvements.
• We will contribute to future group-wide ERP migration and upgrade projects.
