Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in an IT, Business Applications or Systems Support role
• Hands-on experience supporting business applications and master data in a corporate environment
• Proven first-line and second-line support experience, including issue escalation
• Experience training and supporting users both on site and remotely
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and documentation
• A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
• Understanding of network fundamentals and network security
• Desirable: ITIL Foundation or change management exposure
• Desirable: familiarity with Microsoft Azure, M365 and Power Platform
• Desirable: CompTIA Network+ or Security+

Responsibilities

• Govern supplier, customer and product master data across the core ERP and integrated systems
• Provide second-line application support, troubleshoot issues and liaise with external vendors
• Support software implementations, testing and upgrades, including sandbox and scenario testing
• Manage user access, asset control and documentation, including training materials and FAQs
• Support end user hardware, network infrastructure and telephony services
• Contribute to network and application security improvements and produce security bulletins
• Oversee on-premise servers and flag risks with clear recommendations

You will work closely with users, third-party suppliers and our wider IT function on day-to-day operations and longer-term technology projects.
