IT Support Technician

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• You must be fully eligible to work in the UK and be able to travel into the office to apply for this role. We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Windows 10 & 11 operating systems. A working knowledge of Office 365 and skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop environments are essential. Responsibilities

• In this role, you will ensure the availability of IT systems and electronic communication infrastructure for all staff. You will set up and maintain new hardware and software, monitor system performance, and resolve any issues or outages. Adhering to security policies and standards is critical to maintain the security of our systems and equipment. You will be responsible for conducting server monitoring and reporting to ensure system reliability, resolving hardware and software issues, and coordinating with third-party suppliers as necessary. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical support processes, user manuals, and documentation, as well as support IT projects as required.
