Rust Developer | Remote

Position: Rust Developer Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $50 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs. Implement backend validation, error handling, and security best practices.

Manage database migrations, schema design, and performance optimization. Test AI-powered developer tools and provide structured feedback. Participate in focused testing cycles to evaluate AI model performance. Collaborate with research and engineering teams to improve workflows.

Document findings, bugs, and insights with clarity and precision. Requirements Strong experience in backend development using Rust. Strong expertise in building REST and GraphQL APIs. Strong understanding of data validation, error handling, and API security.

Experience with database design, migrations, and optimization. Familiarity with AI coding tools and developer workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in fast-paced remote environments.
