Solutions Architecture Manager

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Regulated sector experience (Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pensions, or Utilities)
• Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains (applications, integration, data, infrastructure, security)
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of approximately 10 Solution Architects
• Ability to act as a change enabler or agent in transitioning to a product/domain lead environment
• TOGAF (Foundation or Practitioner) or equivalent architecture framework experience is desirable
• Experience with Agile architecture approaches (e.g. SAFe or equivalent) is preferable

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects, providing mentorship and guidance
• Design and implement end-to-end IT solutions across various technology domains
• Facilitate the transition to a product-based operating model
• Act as a change agent within the organization, driving innovation and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance architecture processes
