Responsibilities
- We develop, maintain, and enhance applications using the .NET stack.
- We write and optimise T-SQL queries for application functionality and data analysis.
- We deliver new features and enhancements under the guidance of senior developers.
- We troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
- We contribute to improving code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- We assist with technical support and issue investigation.
- We analyse and resolve application and data-related issues.
- We support system deployments and updates.
- We provide first-line technical support, including issue triage and troubleshooting.
- We escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
- We contribute to testing activities to help ensure stable releases.
- We create and maintain technical and user documentation.
- We document common issues and solutions to improve team efficiency.
- We work collaboratively across development and support teams.
- We learn from senior developers and actively develop our technical skills.
- We occasionally assist with on-site installations or support when required.

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join us in a hybrid remote role based in Kingston upon Hull. This is a full-time, permanent position suited to someone with 1–2 years of .NET experience who wants to deepen their development expertise while also supporting live systems and technical issue resolution.
