They are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of AI tools and applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategy and delivering scalable, high-impact AI solutions.

Responsibilities Serves as a leading technical resource for AI tooling, operations, and integrations across the enterpriseArchitect and build end-to-end AI technical designs (including enterprise data pipelines, platform infrastructure, and systems integration) to ensure scalable, reliable deployment within the IT environmentOversee data readiness and pipeline development, ensuring high-quality data availability and robust platform capabilities to support AI initiatives at scaleSupport governance and risk management processes for AI, incorporating responsible AI practices and compliance measures (e.g., data privacy, bias mitigation) to ensure ethical, secure solutionsContinually develops or improves all enterprise architectural domains of applications, data, network, and infrastructureDesigns, implements, oversees, and continuously improves security, compliance, and availabilityDevelops strategies and direction for applicable systems solutions including disaster recoveryAssists with complex projects that require multiple technical disciplines serving as the escalation point of contact for technical projects from inception to deliveryServes as a strategic advisor to the organization on all AI technology matters Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience working in data management, infrastructure ownership, or enterprise automation initiatives with demonstrated knowledge in enterprises developing code and custom scripts used for architecture, data pipelines, applications, and infrastructureAt least 3 years experience in schema design, tautology layers, graph & relational databases, cloud operations, and related systemsDeep expertise with the Microsoft 365 and Azure technology stackProven track record leading and managing systems on cloud infrastructureDemonstrated experience across a broad AI technology stack (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, graph systems, Copilot, etc.)Knowledge of current and trending AI practices, technologies, and regulationsDemonstrates effectiveness in a complex, global, team-oriented environment with exemplary communications (oral, written, and presentation) and collaboration skillsDemonstrated desire to continue to learn and grow while able to quickly apply new skills is critical Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insuranceA 401(k) plan with employer matchA generous paid time off programAdditional perks Company Overview ELIQUENT Life Sciences is a regulatory consulting firm for the life sciences industry.
