Requirements

• 3 years professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++ or similar.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade software.

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a growing technology team focused on solving business challenges through software, automation and AI. This is a highly varied role that combines hands-on engineering with business engagement, with around 60% of the time spent designing, building and delivering software solutions and the remaining 40% working directly with stakeholders across finance, operations and other business functions. We offer remote or hybrid working in the UK, with occasional travel to our UK offices for workshops and collaboration.
