Senior Test Engineer

Salary: £28,600 - 28,600 per year

Requirements

• We require strong Salesforce/SFDC testing experience.
• We require Salesforce Admin 201 certification or equivalent project exposure.
• We require experience with Playwright, BDD/Cucumber, and API testing.
• We require experience testing JavaScript and React-based applications.
• We require Agile delivery experience, with knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and BDD.
• We consider JavaScript, Java, or Apex knowledge desirable.
• We consider experience with Conga, FinDock, and GoCardless desirable.
• We consider financial services, loans, or investment platform experience desirable.
• We consider ISTQB, Agile Tester, or ITIL certifications desirable.
• We require BPSS clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• We lead functional, integration, exploratory, and automation testing activities.
• We build and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and BDD/Cucumber.
• We perform API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
• We manage regression testing, defect tracking, and release activities.
• We collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to improve quality and test coverage.
• We support UAT, stakeholder demos, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a remote role with occasional travel to Swindon, offered inside IR35, running until 30/09/2026.
