Product Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• We require 3+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of shipping features customers actually used.
• We require genuine Scrum fluency and the ability to distinguish between simply using agile tools and practicing Scrum effectively.
• A developer background is a real advantage; experience writing code before moving into product will help you succeed in our technically complex environment.
• We value the ability to read architecture documentation, reason about API contracts, and build engineering trust quickly.
• Experience in AI, voice, or communications platforms is a genuine differentiator.
• We are looking for someone comfortable being the sole product team member, without analysts, researchers, or programme managers to support them.
• We require candidates who are immediately available or available at short notice.
• Must be able to commute to Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end to end, including backlog, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint readiness.
• Run Scrum ceremonies, own the definition of done, and track velocity.
• Lead customer conversations around onboarding, churn, and feature requests, and turn them into evidence-backed priorities.
• Act as the bridge between engineering and the business by providing clear requirements and technical context.
• Decide what gets built next and ensure that decision is followed through.
