Job Description

Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements

  • We need 10+ years of direct experience in the cloud ecosystem, ideally across cloud operations, FinOps, partner operations, or building platforms that serve cloud customers or partners.
  • We need proven product leadership experience and the ability to operate as a player-coach, driving strategy while working hands-on with engineering and mentoring other product owners.
  • We need strong experience with cloud billing systems, cost and usage data, or revenue operations within cloud environments.
  • We need deep understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem, including resellers, MSPs, SIs, distributors, and marketplaces.
  • We need experience building or operating platforms that serve channel- or partner-driven business models.
  • We need strong product judgment for turning complex operational problems into clear scope and shipped value with an excellent user experience.
  • We need technical fluency in cloud fundamentals and APIs across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
  • Coding experience is a plus so we can collaborate effectively with engineers and reason about feasibility.
  • We need demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product specifications and development.
  • We need excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with partners, cloud experts, and internal executive stakeholders.
  • We need a bias for action and continuous improvement, with a mindset of shipping, measuring, learning, and iterating.

Responsibilities

  • We will act as the primary product authority and tip of the spear for the DoiT Partner Platform, driving alignment across product squads and setting the standard for product excellence.
  • We will own the strategy, delivery, iteration, and learning velocity for major platform components.
  • We will partner with VP-level leadership to define strategic direction and translate it into clear problems and shippable scope.
  • We will direct and mentor other Technical Product Owners to elevate product management practices and ensure cohesive execution.
  • We will drive the feedback loop from discover to define, build, release, measure, and iterate.
  • We will review technical designs, reason about tradeoffs and constraints, and understand their impact on delivery timelines and system behavior.
  • We will use our hands-on cloud ecosystem experience to shape partner platform decisions.
  • We will build empathy for partner workflows including billing operations, margin management, reseller customer management, support operations, and service delivery.
  • We will speak frequently with partners and internal stakeholders to validate ideas, refine workflows, and test assumptions.
  • We will engage deeply with executive stakeholders at cloud partners, MSPs, SIs, and resellers.
  • We will work closely with Engineering leaders on sequencing, technical tradeoffs, and delivery planning.
  • We will ensure platform components are cohesive across UX, APIs, data, and operational behavior.
  • We will define success metrics and ensure releases are measurable so insights feed back into prioritization.
  • We will ensure platform capabilities support billing accuracy, financial reconciliation, and auditability.
