Business Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with previous experience in a SaaS or software environment.
• We need someone with strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements.
• We require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We are looking for experience producing functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
• We need a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or Miro is required.
• Experience within property management, block management, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.
• We would prefer someone comfortable working in a fully remote role with some UK travel.
• Relevant experience, qualifications, or education in business analysis, software, or a related field would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• We will rely on you to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear specifications for our development teams.
• You will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• You will produce process documentation, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
• You will act as the bridge between our customers, product team, and development team.
• You will work closely with customers to understand real-world business processes and operational needs.
• You will support the development of our SaaS platform, particularly across finance and compliance workflows.
• You will collaborate with our customer-focused and cross-functional team to help shape product improvements.
• You will take part in customer site visits and company events across the UK, with travel estimated at 25%.
• You will contribute to a highly regarded software platform and help drive continued growth.
