As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the Omnichannel Product Group, delivering a unified AI-first platform and ensuring high-quality experiences across all communication channels.
Responsibilities Lead and grow several engineering teams in HubSpot’s Omnichannel Product GroupYou’ll deliver high-quality, scalable platform and product experiences that support all of HubSpot’s core hubsPartner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to define and execute roadmap prioritiesEstablish and uphold a high-performance engineering culture, including strong technical standards and accountability, performance management, and career developmentContribute hands-on technical leadership, guiding architecture and participating in critical technical discussions across the stackAlign teams to support the needs of both internal teams and external partners by providing a robust and easy to integrate channels platformNavigate ambiguity and drive clarity, enabling teams to move quickly, experiment, and iterate effectively Skills Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams (20+ engineers), including team leads and senior technical individual contributorsStrong product engineering background, with experience building and scaling SaaS products from early stages through high growthYou have experience shaping feature delivery from early stage validation, to late stage maturityDemonstrated ability to lead full-stack product discussions and influence both frontend and backend architectureHands-on technical credibility with a track record of contributing to engineering decisions and mentoring teamsExperience driving high performance through goal setting, feedback, and performance managementAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make informed decisions without complete dataStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across product, design, and engineeringExperience leveraging or integrating AI/GenAI into product development workflows or featuresExperience working on voice calling and SMS featuresExperience building AI products and agentsBackground in both upmarket and downmarket product experiences Benefits Work location preference eligibility: Flexible (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite)On-target commission for employees in eligible rolesAnnual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible rolesEligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay Company Overview HubSpot develops cloud-based, inbound marketing software that allows businesses to transform the way that they market online.
