• Expert end user skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Experience in training users
• Flexible working hours to support users in Germany and USA

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users of Microsoft Teams and Copilot
• Train users on how to maximize their use of MS Teams & Copilot
• Communicate effectively with staff in both Germany and the USA
• Adapt to varying working hours to meet user needs
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to Microsoft Teams
