Service Designer - South East London

Salary: £125,000 - 125,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a Senior Service Designer with experience in telecoms, connectivity, or ISP environments.
• We need a proven background as a Senior Service Designer, CX Designer, or Customer Journey Designer.
• We require strong experience designing operational and fulfilment journeys rather than purely UI/UX design.
• We need understanding of fixed connectivity services such as fibre, Ethernet, broadband, or WAN connectivity.
• We require knowledge of mobile connectivity concepts including APNs, SIM-based services, LTE/5G connectivity, or IoT/mobile data services.
• We need experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• We will have you design and improve end-to-end connectivity services across both fixed and mobile networks.
• We will have you focus on service design, fulfilment journeys, operational processes, and customer experience.
• We will have you work across product, operations, network, and delivery teams.
• We will have you design scalable, customer-centric service journeys for connectivity products including fixed-line services and mobile/APN-based solutions.
• We will have you collaborate with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are recruiting for a Senior Service Designer role within the telco sector on a 6-month contract, working remotely. This is an outside IR35 opportunity with a day rate of £500. You will join us to help shape and improve connectivity services across fixed and mobile networks, with a strong focus on service design and customer journeys rather than hands-on network engineering or low-level infrastructure configuration. We will work across product, operations, network, and delivery teams to create scalable and customer-centric service experiences for fixed-line and mobile connectivity solutions.
