IT Network Manager

Salary: £28,000 - 34,000 per year

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• 3+ years IT experience, ideally within an MSP environment
• Broad technical experience across desktop support, network infrastructure, and Microsoft 365
• Windows Server and Desktop environments (preferred)
• Microsoft 365 and Azure administration (preferred)
• Desktop and mobile OS troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) (preferred)
• Experience working with the Cyber Essentials framework (preferred)
• Microsoft Foundation or Associate level certification (desirable, not essential)
• CompTIA A+ or similar (desirable, not essential)

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients both on-site and from the office
• Conduct quarterly audits of client networks and infrastructure (on-site and remote)
• Onboard new clients to internal technical standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client networks, systems, applications, and infrastructure
• Deliver high levels of customer service to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Support Cyber Essentials assessments and recertifications
