IT Security Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Security Analyst
• Expertise in ISO27001 implementation, maintenance, audits, and certification
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and firewalls
• Strong knowledge of risk management and security tools
• Preferably holding SC-200, SC-300, or SC-900 certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer consultancy on all aspects of IT security
• Conduct audits, implementations, and maintenance of IT security services
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards
• Assist with Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus initiatives
• Collaborate with customers on security assessments and recommendations
• Work in a stand-alone capacity as the IT Security specialist within the business
• Conduct site visits to deliver tailored security solutions
