Responsibilities

• We lead projects of varying size and complexity from discovery through to implementation.
• We act as the primary consultant on engagements, guiding clients through discovery, solution design, configuration, deployment and user adoption.
• We lead customer workshops and discovery sessions.
• We gather and define business requirements.
• We produce solution documentation, including process flows, ERDs, solution blueprints and estimates.
• We present scalable solution options aligned to client budgets and strategic objectives.
• We write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• We lead solution playback sessions with stakeholders.
• We drive best-practice Salesforce design principles.
• We lead delivery teams through implementation projects.
• We configure Salesforce using native platform functionality.
• We install and configure internal accelerators and third-party applications.
• We manage data migration and data mapping activities.
• We support deployments from Sandbox to Production environments.
• We collaborate closely with development teams on custom functionality.
• We ensure delivery follows established frameworks and QA processes.
• We manage scope, timelines and delivery expectations.
• We maintain accurate project documentation and Jira updates.
• We conduct testing and quality assurance activities.
• We mentor and support junior consultants and wider delivery teams.
• We deliver client demonstrations and user training.
• We create training materials and system documentation.
• We support implementation handovers to support teams.
• We contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and retrospectives.
