Remote Webflow Developer

Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements

• We have a sound knowledge of HTML and CSS
• We are highly proficient in Webflow and page builder CMS systems
• We are detail oriented and enthusiastic about creating webpages across different screen sizes
• We can implement design systems and develop interfaces that are consistent with brands
• We are comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and solving problems in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
• We are willing to learn and adapt to new features or website platforms
• We enjoy working in a team with other developers and sharing knowledge

Responsibilities

• We work remotely in South Africa as part of our global Webflow developer team
• We take ownership of the continued development of websites running on the Webflow platform
• We build new complex landing pages and update existing pages using e-commerce, CMS collections, and components
• We add animations and interactions to websites and enrich Webflows native functionality with custom code
• We work in a sprint-based development process to build and launch new website features and initiatives
• We collaborate closely with our design, copywriting, and SEO teams to ensure pixel-perfect visuals and excellent user experience across all devices
• We continuously optimise shared components, reducing redundancy in elements, symbols, and class styles to improve quality and decrease build times
• We ensure website hygiene by QAing our work and building cleanly with Webflow best practices so it can be easily handed over to another developer
