[Remote] UX Researcher (Usability & Rapid Research)

In this role, you will investigate user behavior and needs through qualitative research methods to enhance user experiences and drive product design improvements.

Responsibilities Design and execute on unmoderated, moderated usability testing, and user interviews through a rapid research programLead communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners, including design, product management, engineers, and product marketingAppropriately scope and prioritize usability projects with cross-functional teams to appropriately scope usability projects and prioritize projectsWork quickly to turn around high-quality research insightsDevelop research deliverables that achieve business and product impact Skills 3+ years of professional experience conducting user researchBA/BS in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, related fields, or equivalent experience within a product-centric environmentPrevious experience conducting remote researchBe flexible, adapting to changing schedules and different projectsDemonstrate agility in adapting to shifting prioritiesUnderstanding of strengths and shortcomings of different quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phaseDetail-oriented and ability to work fairly independently on a variety of tasksStrong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skillsExperience working in ambiguity and complex cross-functional collaborations Company Overview HireTalent is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) workforce solutions firm, specializing in securing the best talent fits in Executive/Retained Search, Direct Hire Placements, MSP, SOW, and nationwide hiring program management and support.
