Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or owning a Salesforce platform within a commercial organisation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience delivering Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools including Flows and approval processes.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and business systems.
• Exposure to Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components or APIs is beneficial.
• Experience implementing or working with Salesforce Agentforce or other Salesforce AI capabilities is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Previous people management or mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own our Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap and day-to-day management.
• Lead the design, development and optimisation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Drive the implementation and integration of Salesforce Agentforce, identifying AI use cases that improve productivity and customer engagement.
• Manage and mentor one direct report, providing technical guidance and supporting their development.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee platform configuration, automation, security, user management and data quality.
• Work with third-party partners where required to deliver larger projects and integrations.
• Ensure platform stability, governance and best practice across our Salesforce ecosystem.
• Champion continuous improvement and promote user adoption through training and engagement.
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce releases, AI capabilities and emerging technologies.

We are hiring a permanent Salesforce Lead based in Gerrards Cross, with 2–3 days per week in the office and the rest remote. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of a business-critical Salesforce platform, offering a salary of £70–80k plus bonus. We provide clear ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to shape our Salesforce strategy across the business, while leading the adoption of Salesforce Agentforce and helping drive AI-powered automation and improved customer and employee experiences.
