Azure DevOps Engineer

Salary: £15,000 - 18,000 per year

Requirements

• Active SC Security Clearance
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud including Databricks and Data Factory
• In-depth experience with Azure platform engineering
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and methodologies
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, YAML, and Python
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Chef
• Preferred Azure Certifications: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core infrastructure and tooling
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like GitHub Action and Azure DevOps
• Streamline development workflows to enhance productivity
• Create a scalable and reliable platform for development
• Manage containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and economists on Azure Databricks projects
• Ensure compliance with best practices in DevOps methodologies
