Requirements
- Proven experience managing digital projects within an agency environment, ideally across CMS and e-commerce platforms
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and structured communication skills
- Excellent client-facing abilities; professional, composed, and credible under pressure
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with developers and architects
- Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery governance
- Strong reporting and documentation discipline, with clear visibility across project status
- Willingness to travel to London and occasionally across the UK for client meetings and workshops
- A collaborative team player with a positive, balanced approach to delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through to launch, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are effectively managed
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships and providing trusted guidance
- Produce and maintain key project documentation, including RAID logs, delivery plans, and status reports
- Manage project finances, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and reporting on performance
- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate these into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client status meetings
- Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams, confidently bridging the gap between business and technology
- Maintain a strong focus on quality throughout delivery, including QA, handover, and sign-off processes
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies early
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices
