Salary: £130,446 - 130,446 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and implementing software Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Strong Business Systems Analysis experience within complex software delivery programmes
• Technical understanding of system integrations, APIs, JSON, data mapping and system interactions
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical delivery models
• Ability to produce high quality solution designs, process flows and user stories
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management across both technical and business audiences
• Experience moving products from design into live customer deployment
• Insurance software experience is highly desirable
• Experience with underwriting, pricing or policy administration platforms is highly desirable
• Experience with ISO-based insurance products or rules-driven platforms is highly desirable
• Experience with configuration-driven software solutions is highly desirable
• Experience working in agile software delivery environments is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Define the software Target Operating Model to ensure every client implementation follows a scalable, repeatable delivery approach
• Develop onboarding models, operational documentation, delivery processes and training frameworks
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions are practical and repeatable
• Create high quality solution designs, process flows and user stories
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
• Support the movement of products from design into live customer deployment
• Bring structure to complex software implementations and solve technical delivery challenges

We are supporting a global software organisation delivering a major transformation programme within the insurance market. This is a 6-month contract role, outside IR35, offering remote working across the UK and a day rate of £450 to £600. It is a genuinely unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to help define scalable implementation frameworks and shape a software Target Operating Model for enterprise software delivery. Insurance experience is a significant advantage, and you will work closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams as part of a transformation-focused programme.
