SAP S/4HANA Coupa Integration Architect

Salary: £66,000 - 73,200 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering global integrations between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA
• Hands-on proficiency with APIs (REST/JSON, OData), IDocs, and BAPIs
• Strong knowledge of Coupa configuration for integration purposes
• In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA Procurement/MM and FI-AP objects and processes
• Experience with integration middleware (e.g., SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and outcomes-focused mindset
• Familiar with project tools and ALM (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of both Indirect and Direct Procurement process flows
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with API Engineering (REST/OData) and specifications using OpenAPI
• Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth2, mTLS) and data protection measures
• Experience in planning and managing large integration work efforts

Responsibilities

• Deliver global integrations between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA from design to cutover
• Build and manage APIs, ensuring efficient schema design and error handling
• Configure Coupa integrations related to supplier and ERP systems
• Utilize middleware platforms for integration processes
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate integration concepts clearly
• Oversee security and monitoring of integrations using relevant tools
• Conduct testing and manage the automation of interfaces
• Plan and manage integration work efforts and dependencies across projects
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security protocols
• Attend key client sites when necessary for integration projects
