Senior Customer Data Strategist

Salary: £123,256 - 143,799 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a strong background in customer data strategy, CDP, digital analytics, or MarTech consulting.
• We require experience building value frameworks, KPI trees, BRDs, use-case roadmaps, or workshop outputs.
• We want someone who is confident leading senior enterprise client conversations, not just supporting them.
• We value familiarity with CDPs, digital analytics platforms, and customer data activation ecosystems.
• We prefer experience across regulated or data-rich industries such as finance, healthcare, travel, insurance, telco, or retail.
• Experience working with enterprise clients or senior stakeholders is essential.
• A background in value consulting or professional services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• We will have you build and shape a new value consulting capability within our Professional Services function.
• We will expect you to define KPI frameworks, value models, BRDs, and customer data use-case roadmaps.
• We will have you lead client workshops with senior enterprise stakeholders across data, digital, and marketing.
• We will ask you to partner with implementation and customer success teams to sustain value through delivery and post-go-live.
• We will need you to create internal playbooks, templates, and workshop frameworks that support future scale.
• We will have you own the value conversation with enterprise clients from day one of implementation through post-go-live.
• We will expect you to develop business-focused outputs that help clients measure and realise value from their customer data initiatives.
