• Desirable experience in performance bottleneck identification and root cause analysis.
• Desirable experience in enterprise-scale testing environments.
• Nice to have experience with Gatling, JMeter, or Artillery.
• Nice to have test strategy and planning experience.
• Nice to have test estimation and delivery management experience.
• Nice to have experience creating reusable testing assets and frameworks.
• Nice to have risk and issue management experience.
• Nice to have experience working within complex transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse non-functional requirements, architecture documentation, and deployment designs.
• Define performance testing scope and strategy.
• Create and execute performance test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts.
• Perform load, stress, soak, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Monitor application and database performance during testing.
• Analyse results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations.
• Raise and manage defects through to resolution.
• Produce clear test reports and performance assessments.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
