IT Support Technician L1

Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Some service desk or IT Level 1 support experience
• CompTIA certification is preferred
• Basic understanding of Active Directory
• Full right to work in the UK full time

Responsibilities

• Take inbound support calls and resolve issues where possible
• Raise tickets and escalate issues to Level 2 or Level 3 when needed
• Handle common issues such as password resets, account resets, printer issues, signature changes, and device enrolment
• Use CRM, ticketing systems, and basic remote desktop tools
• Work office based in Daventry on a Monday to Friday day shift with flexible start and finish times when required
