Requirements

• We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with Telecoms domain experience.
• We require experience with the Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) module.
• We are looking for someone available for a 6 month contract.
• We require the ability to work in London on a hybrid basis.
• We are seeking someone who can start ASAP in May/June 2026.
• We require candidates who can work outside IR35.

Responsibilities

• We will need you to architect and support ServiceNow solutions within a telecoms environment.
• We will expect you to apply your experience with Telecommunications Service Management (TSM).
• We will need you to work collaboratively in a hybrid setup, splitting time between remote work and onsite days in London.
