As a Mid-Level AI Engineer, you will collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions, applying your skills to real-world challenges and contributing to transformative products.

Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and product teams to design and implement AI models and algorithmsBuild, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions for automation, analytics, and business process improvementResearch and stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practicesWork with large datasets to train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning modelsAssist in deploying AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiencyContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team Skills Experience: 2–3 years in AI, machine learning, or a related field OR a strong academic background with notable AI/ML projectsStrong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical conceptsProficiency in Python (or similar programming languages)Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for new challengesAbility to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving technologiesGenuine passion for AI and its transformative potential for businessesFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learnExperience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement LearningKnowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment pipelinesFamiliarity with MLOps practices and tools Benefits Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Company Overview The Plum Tree Group is an interactive agency focusing on solutions for emerging businesses.
