Salary: £110,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering service design within GDS frameworks
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Ability to map and improve complex service journeys
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments
• Nice to have: Eligibility for SC (Security Check) clearance
