Remote AI Product Specialist

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements

• We have 2-4 years of experience shipping features and products, with meaningful AI experience.
• We have built real features used by real users; experience with conversational AI, agents, or developer tools is a bonus.
• We can move from idea to working code quickly and are comfortable using tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, Lovable, v0, and similar tools.
• We have strong curiosity about AI tools and techniques, including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, function calling, and fine-tuning.
• We have a tinkerer mindset, build side projects, maintain a personal AI stack, and enjoy experimentation.
• We have strong product taste alongside technical ability and can distinguish a useful feature from a cool demo.
• We communicate clearly and can explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• We ship rapid AI experiments by building working prototypes of agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and AI-assisted features.
• We move from idea to clickable demo in days, not weeks, and are comfortable with imperfect MVPs that help us learn and secure buy-in.
• We develop strategic recommendations for our CPO based on hands-on learning.
• We stay current with the latest AI models and techniques and help us integrate new concepts.
• We design agentic experiences that go beyond chatbots and build fully orchestrated systems.
• We bridge technical and product thinking by translating what is technically possible into real user value.
• We collaborate cross-functionally across Learner Success, Academic Operations, Technology, and Marketing to support a cohesive learner experience and successful launches.
• We use user research, data analytics, and learner feedback to evaluate product performance and guide future iterations.
• We promote continuous improvement by iterating on products and services based on feedback and data insights.
