Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
• Deep understanding of CMDB design and governance
• Hands-on experience with CSDM implementation
• Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture, especially in multi-vendor ecosystems
• Good understanding of ITIL service management processes

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership, ensuring the platform is aligned with best practices
• Define and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
• Provide architectural governance across ServiceNow implementations
• Oversee CMDB structure, data quality, and governance
• Implement and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to support platform development and optimisation
