ERP Programme Delivery Director

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP Transformation Programmes
• Strong knowledge of ERP technologies
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is highly desired
• Expertise in planning and delivering business change
• Ability to build strategic partnerships within internal functions (Finance, HR, Commercial and DDAT)
• Experience managing partnerships with other government departments
• Vision setting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong leadership capabilities in transformation programmes
• Ability to translate vision into a strategic approach for delivery
• Competency in overseeing internal governance and project sign off
• Skills in horizon scanning for potential project issues

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning for the ERP Programme
• Engage stakeholders effectively across the transformation initiative
• Oversee system readiness activities and business change requirements
• Manage the Synergy delivery plan integrating central and enabling activities
• Provide expert delivery knowledge based on best practices
• Drive the delivery of the Synergy strategy and client vision
• Provide regular briefings to senior leadership on programme changes
• Ensure appropriate governance and oversight of Synergy decisions
• Conduct horizon scanning for potential future project issues
• Build relationships and interventions to mitigate project risks
