Junior Developers in US(Shadow Development Model) - Remote

About the Role We are seeking motivated and curious Junior Developers to join our engineering team through a structured Shadow Development Program. This program is designed to bridge the gap between learning and real-world development.

You will work alongside experienced senior engineers to build shadow implementations of real product features—giving you hands-on exposure to production-level systems without impacting live environments.
