Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

• We have experience with modern data tooling such as Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, Airflow, AWS, or similar.

• We thrive in a startup or scale-up environment with high ownership and ambiguity.
• We communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• We design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, Snowflake, Dagster, dbt, and AWS.
• We own end-to-end data engineering projects from ingestion through to analytics enablement.
• We develop and optimise reliable SQL-based data models.
• We help build a stronger staging and testing environment for data changes before production.
• We improve monitoring, alerting, and data quality across key pipelines.
• We contribute to CDC and lower-latency data movement initiatives.
• We work closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• We participate in code reviews and help raise engineering standards across the team.
• We pair with other engineers where needed and support more junior team members as the team grows.
