• Proven Business Analyst experience across infrastructure, security, or enterprise technology programmes.
• Strong analytical, requirements gathering, and process improvement skills.
• Experience working with Architects, Engineers, and Security teams.
• Exposure to IAM, PAM, network segmentation, ServiceNow, CMDB, or access management initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.

• Produce requirements, process maps, impact assessments, and recommendations.
• Support network security, access management, and segmentation initiatives.

We are hiring an experienced Technical Business Analyst for a 6-month role supporting a major network transformation programme. This is a remote position with two days a week in our Manchester location, and the rate is outside IR35. You will work closely with our Architects, Infrastructure teams, and Security SMEs to improve network access, security, and governance across a complex enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and contributing to large-scale technology programmes, particularly across infrastructure, security, IAM, network segmentation, or ServiceNow/CMDB initiatives.
