Salary: £30,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Unix/Linux systems (RedHat, OL, Solaris)
• Skilled in administration of Virtualisation platforms including VMware and Oracle VM (OLVM)
• Experience in managing Physical Servers - DELL / Oracle

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and availability
• Escalate issues as needed
• Participate in patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management tasks
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes
• Involved with automation efforts using scripting and tools like Ansible

We are seeking a Unix Administrator to join our team. This role is based in Dunstable for 2-3 days a week, with the remaining days remote. As this position falls inside IR35, you will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
