Requirements

• Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience including Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Fabric, and GitHub
• Experience designing secure, scalable Microsoft environments and governance models
• Strong understanding of DevOps, ALM, DLP, Zero Trust, and enterprise security principles
• Experience working within highly regulated environments handling sensitive data
• Ability to operate independently and engage confidently with stakeholders
• Senior-level experience as a Microsoft specialist, Power Platform architect, enterprise architect, or technical governance professional in complex enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Assess our current Microsoft automation, low-code, and AI landscape across a complex enterprise environment
• Define the technical, governance, and operational foundations needed to safely scale Power Platform, automation, and AI solutions
• Design Power Platform governance and environment strategy
• Assess AI and Copilot readiness
• Design DevOps and ALM approaches and working practices
• Review and strengthen security, compliance, and information governance
• Perform gap analysis and create a roadmap and future-state design
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and technical discovery sessions

We are supporting a large organisation undertaking a strategic review of its Microsoft automation, low-code, and AI capability across a complex enterprise environment. This is a 3-month consultancy-style engagement, offered on a flexible hybrid basis with mostly remote working and occasional on-site attendance as required. The role is focused on creating the technical, governance, and operational foundations needed to safely scale Power Platform, automation, and AI solutions. Candidates will work through an approved umbrella company.
