Remote Interim OTBI and Variance Report Developer

Salary: £49,000 - 89,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering bespoke OTBI and Variance Reports in Oracle Fusion.
• Strong understanding of the Oracle Reporting environment, data model, and user requirements capture.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with finance teams.
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level) and willing to undergo clearance if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement tailored OTBI and Variance Reports in Oracle Fusion.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Write clean, well-documented code and queries that can evolve with business needs.
• Conduct user testing, training, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and reliability.

We are supporting a Central Government department that has recently gone live with Oracle Fusion ERP to recruit an interim finance reporting specialist for an initial period of three months. The role is ideally hybrid, with close to two days per week in Westminster-based offices, although we can consider fully remote working from within the UK for the right candidate.
