Position: Senior Developer - 55504-1 Remote Must Have's: 1. .Net expertise 2. SQL expertise 3.
Facets experience Responsibilities : - Analyze geospatial data using advanced tools and methodologies to identify patterns and insights that support organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of geospatial data into business processes. - Develop and maintain geospatial models that align with the Facets Data Model, ensuring accuracy and reliability. - Provide actionable insights by interpreting data related to Facets Plan Product, Provider, Claims, and Membership. - Optimize geospatial workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations while handling sensitive geospatial data. - Conduct regular audits of geospatial data to maintain data integrity and quality. - Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. - Support decision-making processes by providing geospatial data-driven recommendations. - Train and mentor junior analysts to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the geospatial systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally. - Monitor trends in geospatial analytics and implement innovative solutions to stay ahead in the industry. - Contribute to projects that have a direct impact on improving societal outcomes through better geospatial data utilization.
Qualifications: - Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Facets Data Model, Plan Product, Provider, Claims, and Membership. - Demonstrate proficiency in geospatial analytics tools and methodologies. - Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets effectively. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with diverse teams. - Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and manage day shift responsibilities efficiently. - Have a proven track record of delivering impactful geospatial solutions in previous roles. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. - Bring a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in geospatial analysis. - Showcase the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability. - Demonstrate expertise in creating visualizations and reports that aid in stakeholder decision-making. - Have a strong understanding of organizational standards and compliance requirements.
