Requirements

• We are looking for a senior QA Engineer with proven experience testing AI chat bots.
• We need hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, and Cypress.
• We require experience with performance testing and/or security testing.
• We need experience testing production AI systems.
• Experience in Ed-Tech, education, or consultancy is highly desirable.
• Experience working on AI, ML, or LLM-based applications is desirable.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience in end-to-end testing techniques, including functional, regression, exploratory, performance, usability, and compliance testing, is required.

Responsibilities

• We collaborate with the product owner and development team to understand product requirements, features, and compliance needs.
• We develop detailed test strategies, plans, and test cases with the product team and other stakeholders, including compliance, equality, and risk.
• We implement QA tooling and infrastructure in collaboration with the infrastructure engineer and developers.
• We perform functional, regression, exploratory, performance, usability, and compliance testing.
• We identify opportunities for test automation and work with engineers to build and maintain automated tests that support continuous delivery.
• We identify, document, and track bugs and defects throughout the development process.

We are recruiting a senior QA Engineer for an Ed-Tech business with over 10,000 people across 100 countries and a reach of 600 million users. The role is for an initial 6-month contract paying £400 to £450 per day outside IR35, starting ASAP on a hybrid basis near Stratford, London.
