*Senior QA Lead*Texas or Chicago or Naperville ( Remote-OK)*Long Term Contract*Mandatory skillsMedicare, QA Lead, selenium*Required Experience & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of Medicare experience in Provider management and claims.8 + years of experience in technology Quality Engineering.Experience of SDLC processes, agile methodology and QE practices.
Agile certification is preferred.Experience with using AWS services like S3, Lambda, DynamoDb etc.Strong experience with UI and database testing.Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases1+ years of experience with Python.Broad knowledge of automated testing and modelling toolsDemonstrated experience with tools such as Office 365 suite, Jira, Zephyr or similar test and project management toolsStrong interpersonal skills including but not limited to: problem solving, decision making, influencing, change management, written and oral communications along with the ability to work effectively with diverse groupsAbility to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively, as well as manage outsourced/offshore testing arrangements*Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for timely delivery of QA deliverables.Coordinate with Business SME to understand all aspects of business needs in various Medicare domainsCoordinate with cross domain QE team on the capability test plans, scope for release, dependencies and timelinesWork with Test data and Test environment teams on all technical aspects of deployment for INT environment readiness for testingSupport team in whole testing lifecycle to ensure testing is completed on time, with all test artifacts reviewed and shared with all stakeholders.Support various phases of testing functional, integrated, regression and end to end.Test case management and reporting for execution and timelines.Participate in defect management process to identify and document defects, issues, risks and dependenciesWork with Integrated Solution test leads for end-to-end test strategy, execution and timelines.Actively collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness.Participate proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives and suggest improvements.Drive automation first approach
