IT Service Desk Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365
• Active Directory administration experience
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments
• Experience with remote working technologies including VPNs and Citrix
• Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions
• Experience building, configuring and troubleshooting PCs and laptops
• Experience with ITIL-based support processes and incident management

Responsibilities

• We will deliver a high-quality support service to users across the business as a trusted point of contact for technical issues and service requests
• We will take ownership of incidents from initial logging through to resolution, keeping users informed throughout
• We will provide support through phone, email, remote access and face-to-face floor walking
• We will troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• We will support remote workers and help maintain a reliable and secure IT environment across multiple international offices
• We will manage and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• We will set up equipment for new starters
• We will administer user accounts and access requests
• We will maintain accurate asset and configuration records
