Requirements

• Proven Scrum Master experience within a software, data engineering or technical delivery environment.
• Strong Azure DevOps knowledge, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines and sprint management.
• Experience working with Data Engineering, BI or Analytics teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and Agile delivery skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms is desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL, data pipelines or BI technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint delivery using Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering and Analytics teams.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers and technical stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Help embed Agile practices across the programme.

We are recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale data and analytics transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly technical team delivering modern cloud-based data solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. We offer a 6-month contract, remote working with some nationwide site visits, and a rate of £500/day outside IR35. This is a technically focused Scrum Master role on a high-profile transformation programme, working with modern technologies in a collaborative Agile environment.
