Requirements
- Strong background in managing and delivering complex and/or strategic data projects across the full lifecycle
- Experience within a client-facing consultancy environment
- Proven success across strategy, advisory, and solution delivery engagements
- Experience creating data strategies
- Familiarity with data maturity assessments, data vision development, use case and value mapping, and data governance
- Exposure to designing, building, and configuring end-to-end analytics solutions
- Proficiency in writing basic code (e.g., SQL or Python) and data modelling
- Understanding of IT architecture and systems integration
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills up to CxO level
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships
- Commercial experience in developing and delivering proposals and presentations
- Self-starter who can take ownership of projects
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive high-impact strategic data initiatives for clients
- Engage with a variety of clients, from large enterprises to small start-ups and niche charities
- Define scope of work and manage project plans
- Act as the clients primary point of contact
- Lead workshops with senior stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Apply hands-on data skills through coding, supporting data migrations, or assisting with data integration
- Solve complex client problems and deliver meaningful outcomes

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on interesting and complex data strategy and transformation projects. Our hybrid role offers a high degree of flexibility, with remote working alongside office attendance in London Bridge one to two days per week. The position comes with a competitive salary range of £70,000 to £80,000, plus an annual bonus of approximately £6,000 to £10,000, along with additional benefits including private medical insurance, a contributory matched pension up to 5%, and 25 days holiday.
