• Experience in government, defence, infrastructure, or other regulated environments is beneficial.
• For the more senior role, we want experience leading architecture teams, owning client engagements, and contributing to business development activities.
• Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.
• We are open to experienced Solution Architects and those moving into a more senior architecture leadership role.

Responsibilities

• We design secure, scalable, and cost-effective digital solutions.
• We work closely with delivery teams, engineering functions, and senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical technical architectures.
• We lead end-to-end solution architecture activities.
• We design cloud and Azure-based solutions.
• We provide architecture governance and assurance.
• We engage with stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
• We support delivery teams through implementation.
• We mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability growth.
• We contribute to projects involving cloud transformation, digital modernisation, system integration, data platforms, and enterprise architecture initiatives.

We are a growing consultancy expanding our Digital capability team and hiring two Solution Architects to support major UK programmes across Defence and Critical Infrastructure. These roles are based in Bristol with a hybrid working model, predominantly remote with travel to Bristol typically once per week and occasional travel to Ipswich or London as required. We offer a salary of £65,000 to £80,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. These are high-impact opportunities to work on complex transformation projects in secure and highly regulated environments, with scope to contribute both as an experienced architect and, for the more senior appointment, in architecture leadership and client-facing business development.
