Accounting Software Support Specialist

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience in accounting software support, specifically with Sage Intacct
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting principles
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients using Sage Intacct software
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the software
• Assist in the implementation of Sage Intacct for new clients
• Conduct training sessions for clients on using the software effectively
• Collaborate with our team to enhance customer satisfaction
