Contract IS Systems Administrator

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, backups, patching, and security
• Working knowledge of Citrix and/or Terminal Services
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Desirable: PowerShell, SQL Server, Azure, AWS, and advanced Citrix experience

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure support and technical escalation for the Service Desk
• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Citrix, and core infrastructure services
• Manage patching, backups, security, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Support system improvements, compliance activities, and technical documentation
