IT Systems Administrator | $50/hr Remote

Position System Administrator Type Contract Compensation $25 - $50/hour Location Remote Commitment 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities • Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server environments to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. • Manage systems configuration by applying best practices for scalability and performance. • Implement and uphold robust security policies to safeguard the IT infrastructure. • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues swiftly to minimize business disruption. • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks. • Collaborate closely with internal and external IT teams to deliver seamless technical solutions.

Requirements • Have proven expertise in Linux and Windows administration in enterprise environments. • Have strong experience with end-to-end systems configuration and optimization. • Demonstrate the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure issues. • Possess a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. • Be self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work setting.
